What Do SMBs Need to Know About Multi-function Printing?

SMB Community Blog - Small Business Expression Center

August 30, 2007

I had the chance to sit down last week and have a discussion with Bill Avey, Director for the US Multi-function Printing (MFP) Business. Bill is a funny guy who is full of energy, both personally and professionally. He shared some great examples and success stories about how people manage the world of “digital convergence” and use MFP devices to help with that (digital convergence is happening all around us with the trend of content moving from analog to digital).

Customers can hear Bill discuss an example of how a district attorney’s office found a way to improve their productivity and make faster decisions using digital sending technology. He also talks about HP Smart Printing Services as a new way to buy multi-function devices if you want to have one convenient, straightforward agreement with predictable monthly payments.

Take a listen and let us know what you think.
