Serving SMB customers is at the heart of what I do here at HP. I had a great conversation recently with someone else who cares a lot about those same customers. I’m excited to share with you the first channel partner interview we’ve done via podcast for this community.

This conversation was with Candy Murphy from Staples. She is Vice President of Staples’ Contract Technology Solutions business and is responsible for serving small business customers through all their “non-store” selling motions. Staples has a strong business-to-business selling motion and looks to help small businesses solve problems. Candy has a great and interesting background and has been an insightful business partner over the past few years.
